Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Research Communications and Knowledge Translation to translate complex research into clear, accessible communications for diverse audiences. You will lead storytelling, design visuals, and manage multi-channel dissemination across peer-reviewed literature, white papers, and digital content.

This role works with researchers, clinicians, analytics, and communications teams to advance enterprise evidence generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in science communication, health communication, public health, life sciences, journalism, communications, graphic design, digital media, or related field.
• 5+ years related work experience.
• Progressive experience translating complex clinical, scientific, public health, or healthcare research for executive, professional, and general audiences.
• Demonstrated experience developing scientific communications across formats (reports, briefs, presentations, web content).
• Advanced writing, editing, and message-development skills with scientific accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge-translation and communication strategy for the CED research portfolio, including audience identification and dissemination planning.
• Develop, edit, and package research deliverables (evidence briefs, white papers, executive summaries, presentations, posters, visual abstracts).
• Execute graphic design and data-visualization for accessible, brand-aligned communications.
• Maintain research website and digital presence with cross-functional partners.
• Establish templates, workflows, calendars, and quality-control processes for research communications.
