Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement for the Southeast region to lead a regional FRM team, translate priorities into field execution, and drive access for Amgen Bone Health products.

You will coach FRMs, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliant, high-quality patient and customer access experiences while collaborating with cross‑functional partners. Significant travel is required and strategic leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with 2+ years in public or private third‑party access or pharmaceutical sales/managed care experience.
• Master’s degree with 4+ years in access arena or pharma industry.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in access arena or pharma industry.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high‑performing team of FRMs.
• Build a culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and inclusion.
• Meet field KPIs, service-level expectations, and customer engagement goals.
• Observe customer engagement and coach FRMs in real time across the region.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Market Access, and Operations.
• Identify and address systemic access, reimbursement, and operational issues.
