Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field.
• Alaska RN License required upon hire.
• ACM or CCM certification within 1 year of hire.
• 6 years of clinical/operational leadership; 5 years Director/Manager level in Case Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Care Management managers and supervisors across ministries.
• Lead operations to improve length of stay, readmissions, and cost of care.
• Coordinate with physicians and nursing leaders for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct ongoing audits.
• Develop and implement standard work, action plans, and program evaluation.
