Providence is seeking a Senior Manager Quality to lead Operational Excellence for Patient Access Services across states. The role focuses on process improvement, Epic enhancements, training, data interpretation, and strategic planning within Revenue Cycle management.
The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in large healthcare systems, strong regulatory knowledge, and a proven ability to standardize processes while driving measurable improvements.
Senior Manager Quality - Remote
The Senior Manager Operational Excellence is responsible for managing, evaluating and improving the Patient Access Services departments in all states to ensure stable, highly qualified Patient Access Services and Pre-Service teams across the enterprise. Specific program oversight may include process improvement, Epic enhancements and upgrades, training and education, data analysis and interpretation, including functions related to the management of teams, strategic planning and measurement, and human resource management.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
