Job summary

Celerity is seeking a Senior Manager, Practice Operations to lead the BIS practice's operational backbone in a remote, work-from-home setup. The role requires a seasoned consultant with over 10 years of hands-on delivery leadership, capable of scaling a high-performing team and sustaining delivery quality across multiple projects.

You will own governance, capacity planning, and capability development while partnering with PMO, BA, solution architecture, and engineering pillars.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of technology consulting or related experience.
• Proven experience as a people manager with performance reviews and career development.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall in SaaS or SI contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly resource coordination across multiple projects and align deployment to demand.
• Maintain real-time utilization views and address over-allocation or skill mismatches.
• Build and maintain BIS delivery cadences, including team meetings and onboarding sequences.
• Escalate delivery risks with clear, actionable executive signals.
• Ensure tools, templates, methodologies, and standards are available for consistent delivery across engagements.
