Celerity Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Practice Operations to build and lead the BIS practice's operational backbone. Remote work from home with ownership of internal operating infrastructure and a high-performing team.

The role demands 10+ years in consulting and proven leadership across delivery excellence. Based in Walnut Creek, CA with offices nationwide, the candidate will drive capacity planning, governance, and continuous improvement while collaborating across PMO,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting or professional services.
• Experience leading senior practitioners.
• Proven people manager with performance reviews and career development.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall in SaaS or SI environments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly resource allocations across projects to meet demand.
• Maintain real-time utilization view and address over-allocation or burnout.
• Develop and maintain operational cadences and governance.
• Escalate delivery risks and provide actionable signals to leadership.
• Ensure tools, templates, methodologies are applied across engagements.
• Partner with PMO, BA, architecture, and engineering for delivery.
