Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks a Senior Research Scientist focused on CAHPS/HOS analytics to improve health outcomes survey performance and member experiences. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, behavioral science, social science, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant analytical or applied research experience; or a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data manipulation, exploratory analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
• Proficiency in at least one analytical or statistical programming language, such as Python, R, SAS, or SQL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply quantitative research and behavioral science to improve HOS performance and member experiences.
• Investigate factors influencing HOS outcomes and build an evidence base to guide improvement strategies.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured research plans and actionable recommendations.
• Lead research projects from problem definition through analysis and recommendations, independently or with teams.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
