This role will report to the Director, Patient Experience and collaborate across Quality, Market Operations, Analytics, and patient‑facing teams to ensure accurate reporting, effective survey administration, and meaningful performance measurement. This role plays a critical role in supporting patient experience strategy through data‑driven analysis, program management, and operational excellence.

Primary Functions of the Sr. Manager, Patient Experience

Include:

  • Serve as the primary operational owner and subject matter expert for CAHPS administration activities across Medicare Advantage, ACO REACH/LEAD, MSSP, and other applicable programs to support partner contracts.
  • Lead activities related to survey administration, measurement, and performance monitoring for specified partners.
  • Manage CAHPS and patient experience survey operations, including vendor coordination, project timelines, survey implementation activities, and annual administration requirements.
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, presentations, and executive reporting packages related to patient experience performance.
  • Analyze CAHPS and patient feedback data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights that support improvement efforts.
  • Serve as the primary owner of patient experience reporting and analytics, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of performance results.
  • Support the development of patient experience improvement resources, toolkits, and best practices by translating survey findings into actionable recommendations and tools.
  • Collaborate across the organization to monitor patient experience performance, evaluate improvement initiatives, and measure outcomes.
  • Communicate performance and insights clearly and effectively to specified external partners and executive leadership to influence results.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
