Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Parcel Insights & Pricing to oversee pricing for new and existing clients and to develop forecasting models. You will support business development, finance, and parcel operations, while training and guiding analysts reporting to you.

The role is client-facing with the pricing strategy roadmap, dashboards, and annual price actions. Strong analytical skills, Excel/DOMO proficiency, and logistics knowledge are essential; MBA and 4+ years pricing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field (Required).
Master's Degree in MBA, Business, Finance or related field (Preferred).
4+ years pricing experience (Required).
Knowledge of Excel and DOMO (Required).
Python Advanced (Preferred).
Technical proficiency in Strategic Analyses (Required).
Proficiency with computer applications and sophisticated PC spreadsheets (Required).
Knowledge of Logistics (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Oversee daily pricing for new and existing customers; provide analytical support to senior teams.
Assist in staffing planning, training, and performance reviews for analysts.
Develop and enhance pricing/analytics models; participate in roadmap discussions.
Support client-facing parcel design and presentation efforts for business development.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting of revenues and margins for parcels.
Develop and maintain client-facing dashboards and internal reporting tools.
Support annual price increase processes and related back-end tasks.
