Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Network Contracting to lead a team driving contracting with large healthcare providers and systems, aligning network strategy with cost management and quality goals.

You will oversee negotiations, analyze contracts, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while expanding a high-value provider network across the Central Region. Remote-friendly, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in healthcare network contracting, including executing contracts with health systems, hospitals or national providers.
• 4+ years managing complex Provider Network strategies and negotiating complex contracts.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years experience in Health Insurance (Individual and/or Medicare Advantage) and/or Healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Inform and drive contracting strategies in partnership with Market Leaders that align with network adequacy, development and cost management objectives.
• Lead contract settlement negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements with providers.
• Manage and negotiate complex contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Oversee a team of contracting professionals, providing guidance, training and mentorship.
