Oscar Health is seeking a Manager of Network Contracting to lead a team responsible for negotiating, executing, and analyzing contracts with large healthcare providers. The role focuses on expanding and strengthening the provider network while meeting accessibility, quality, and financial goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in healthcare network contracting.
• 2+ years managing complex Provider Network strategies and negotiating complex contracts.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• 2+ years experience in Health Insurance and/or Healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a contracting team to negotiate and execute contracts with providers.
• Analyze provider contracts and optimize terms for access, quality, and cost.
• Monitor network performance metrics and report to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with providers and hospitals to grow the network in the defined market.
