Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking an Associate to join our Network Contracting & Services team in a remote-capable role based in New York. You will manage contracts with hospitals, health systems, and provider groups, analyze provider performance, and negotiate reimbursement terms to optimize costs and access to quality care.

You will report to the Manager, Network Contracting, collaborate with the provider services team, and support network growth initiatives. Travel up to 25% is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare client management or provider contracting.
• 2+ years supporting provider network strategy and negotiating contracts.
• 1+ year running financial analyses on markets or product lines.

Responsibilities

• Implement contracting strategies with market leaders and directors.
• Manage and negotiate provider contracts with favorable terms and compliance.
• Analyze provider contracts to identify improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Use data and analytics to support negotiation and contracting decisions.
• Meet metrics and SLAs including provider outreach and contract completion.
