Mission Critical Group, a leading power solutions provider, seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager – Raw Materials & Fabrications to own enterprise category strategies for metals, fabricated components, and finishing services. This remote, exempt role manages a $100M+ direct material spend and partners with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or supply chain leadership.
• Experience with enterprise category strategies across multiple sites or product lines.
• Negotiation of long-term agreements and supplier partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise category strategies for metals and fabricated components.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract strategies.
• Develop should-cost and TCO models for materials and services.
• Manage regional supplier network and contingency plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance on cost reduction and supplier performance.
• Drive supplier performance reviews and scorecards.
