Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive strategic sourcing experience with direct-material ownership.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of metal manufacturing processes and global metals markets.
• APICS/ASCM or ISM certification is a plus.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Metals to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will own the long-term sourcing strategy for the metals category, with a focus on strengthening supplier performance, commercial discipline, and risk management. The position will partner closely with internal stakeholders across the business to align sourcing decisions with operational needs and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will bring deep category expertise, strong financial acumen, and the ability to influence complex negotiations and governance processes in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $123,800 - $157,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the multi-year metals category strategy across key stakeholders
