Job summary

Plein Air Agency is seeking a senior, media-fluent analytics leader to join our growing Analytics team. This role sits at the center of how Plein Air measures and interprets media performance across our restaurant and hospitality client portfolio—partnering with Media & Buying to inform how clients invest media dollars.

You will own the media measurement point of view, work hands-on with data across sources, mentor analysts, and shape scalable analytics practices with the Head of Analytics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience translating data into client-ready narratives.
• Strong SQL and data-wrangling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end media performance narratives from raw data to executive-ready summaries.
• Mentor analysts and set standards for analytical rigor and presentation quality.
• Design and interpret incrementality tests and MMM-related analyses.
• Collaborate with Creative, Media, Buying, and Brand to align measurement with client narratives.
• Pull, clean, and reconcile data from POS, CRM, media exports, and data warehouses.
