Job summary

Velera is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategic and tactical product management for Juniper Payments, reporting to the Head of Juniper Payments. You will own the full lifecycle and ensure compliance across ACH, FedWire, and Instant Payments, serving as a liaison to clients and internal teams.

As a core member of the Juniper leadership team, you will coordinate with Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance, and Training to drive product strategy, feasibility, market release processes, and P&L

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Combined ten (10) years of product management, technical product implementations, and/or business systems analysis supporting technical products experience required.
• Experience with the financial, credit union industry and core or account processing required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product development lifecycle for Juniper Payments capabilities and compliance-related requirements.
• Serve as SME and liaison to internal and external customers on ACH, FedWire, Instant Payments and related topics.
• Lead the analysis and review product enhancement requests and develop business requirements for these enhancements.
• Collaborate with Training, Operations, IT, Finance, and Marketing to define objectives and goals for end users.
• Develop product documentation, procedures, and training across pertinent platforms.
