Job summary

Velera, the remote-first fintech leader, seeks a Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of Juniper Payments products and services. You will coordinate across Training, Operations, IT, Finance and Marketing to deliver enhancements, ensure compliance, and drive market success for our financial clients and partners.

You will act as a liaison to internal and external customers, translate requirements into clear business cases, and oversee product documentation and training across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Combined ten (10) years of product management, technical product implementations, and/or business systems analysis supporting technical products experience required.
• Experience with the financial, credit union industry and core or account processing required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and review product enhancement requests from various sources and oversee the creation of business requirements for these enhancements.
• Serve as escalation point related to assigned products and applications to internal/external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Training, Operations, IT, Administration, and Finance to develop comprehensive product definitions and goals responsive to end users.
• Drive commercialization and market release readiness for Juniper Payments capabilities within Velera.
• Partner with marketing to communicate product updates internally and externally.
