Job summary

Velera is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of Juniper Payments products and ensure compliance across initiatives. You will lead market insights, define requirements, and coordinate across Training, Operations, IT, Finance, and Administration to deliver value to financial institutions and their clients.

The role reports to the Head of Juniper Payments and requires deep knowledge of ACH, FedWire, Instant Payments, and related regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field required.
• Combined ten (10) years of product management, technical product implementations, and/or business systems analysis experience required.
• Experience with the financial, credit union industry and core or account processing required.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and review of product enhancement requests and oversee the creation of business requirements.
• Serve as escalation point for assigned products and applications.
• Collaborate with Training, Operations, IT, Administration, and Finance to develop comprehensive product definitions, objectives, and goals.
• Work with Velera departments to execute product strategies on assigned products and services.
• Identify risks during feasibility studies and communicate issues to leadership for evaluation and mitigation.
• Develop product documentation, procedures, and training across pertinent platforms.
