Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Communications Specialist to support Managing Directors and senior leaders across social content, speaking opportunities, events, and other external moments. You’ll help keep key communications programs moving with strong writing, organization, and project management.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Communications and work with teams across Communications, Marketing, Events, and Legal in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communications, PR, corporate affairs, executive communications, or a related field.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience writing for senior leaders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

Responsibilities

• Content Development: drafting social content, talking points, briefing materials, and Q&As for Managing Directors and senior leaders; coordinating content calendars; support execution of communications plans; translate priorities into executive content.
• Speaking Opportunities and Events: coordinate executive speaking program; identify opportunities; prepare briefing materials and talking points; support onsite at priority events.
