Job summary

Oura is seeking a Director of Operational Accounting to lead the end-to-end transactional accounting functions, including AP, T&E, Payroll, and O2C. You will build and guide a global team, drive automation, and ensure robust internal controls across multiple ERPs and systems.

You will own Payroll delivery across multi-state US and international operations, collaborate with HR and Equity leadership, and drive system transformations with vendors and finance peers.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of progressive accounting and finance operations experience with senior leadership
