Job summary

You will own the AI platform stack, including LLM services, coding assistants, model gateways, and MCP integrations, ensuring secure deployments aligned with ITAR/FedRAMP High/CMMC.

You will manage people, drive architecture, and coordinate with Cybersecurity, Legal, Privacy, and Contracts while overseeing budget and vendor interactions.

Qualifications

• Leads delivery and governance of enterprise generative AI capabilities.
• Experience with ITAR, FedRAMP High, and CMMC requirements.
• Ability to translate strategy into a roadmap with milestones and metrics.
• Hands-on and people management or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Operations and lifecycle management for LLM chat services and AI tooling.
• Oversee model routing, access tiers, logging, and usage attribution.
• Lead MCP server development and secure integrations.
• Maintain governance policies and compliance across programs.
• Hire, develop, and manage technical staff; align with budget and roadmap.
• Liaise with vendors and cloud providers on roadmaps and contracts.
