Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field with 12+ years of related experience.
• Graduate Degree with at least 10 years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, 16+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise AI strategy into a roadmap with priorities and milestones.
• Own Operations and lifecycle management for LLM chat services and AI tooling.
• Lead MCP server development and secure integrations across platforms.
• Maintain AI governance, security, compliance, and data handling policies.
• Hire, develop, and manage technical teams and contractors.
