Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking an experienced leader to drive AI delivery maturation across its portfolio of products, with governance, security, and measurable business outcomes. You will own the roadmap, oversee governance gates, and ensure AI-enabled delivery aligns with customer commitments, while guiding budget and resource decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Demonstrated hands-on use of AI development tools in daily work.
Experience leading engineering organizations at director level or above.

Responsibilities

Own the AI delivery-maturity roadmap across all actively supported products.
Lead, mentor, and develop engineering managers and directors across portfolio companies.
Set and enforce quality standards, including code reviews, automated testing, and security reviews of AI-generated code.
Partner with Support Services to align engineering priorities with customer needs.
Present roadmap progress and investment recommendations to executive leadership.
