L3Harris Technologies is seeking an AI Security Lead to implement enterprise security strategy, architecture, and governance for AI and cloud workloads. Reporting within the CISO organization, you will establish secure, scalable solutions enabling rapid, secure adoption of AI across the enterprise.

Collaborate with Security Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure and Data/AI teams to ensure best-practice cybersecurity foundations, governance and risk-informed adoption across AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years Palantir experience or Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years Palantir experience. In lieu of degree, minimum 13 years Palantir experience.
• 4-6 years’ experience in cloud/security engineering, including 2+ years hands-on with Microsoft 365 / Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Implement enterprise AI security and governance frameworks covering model lifecycle, data boundaries, and risk controls.
• Manage AI security services and policies within platforms like Microsoft 365 / Azure, Defender, Purview DLP, CoPilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry and AWS Bedrock.
• Advise leadership on emerging AI technologies, associated risks, and secure platform adoption strategies.
• Review security and governance best-practices and ensure they are implemented across AI workloads.
• Review service principles and conditional-access settings to ensure least-privilege to resources and zero-trust access across AI workloads.
