Job summary

Fullsteam is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Systems to own architecture and governance of core financial systems, focusing on Zuora, Zuora CPQ, Salesforce, NetSuite, and related tools. You will lead a small team, collaborate with Finance, IT, and external partners, and drive integrations, data governance, and process improvements across the finance tech stack.

This remote role supports US operations with a salary range of $155,000–$190,000 and requires 8+ years in financial systems plus 3+

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in financial systems, revenue operations, ERP administration, or a related finance technology role.
3+ years of people management experience.
Hands-on administration experience with Zuora and Zuora CPQ, including billing, platform configuration, and related revenue or subscription management processes.
Hands-on administration experience with NetSuite; SuiteScript or SuiteFlow experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and its integration points with billing and ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of financial systems and process automation, including AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Own administration, support, and roadmap execution for Fullsteam’s financial systems.
Manage Zuora, Salesforce, and NetSuite integrations across the quote-to-cash process.
Lead data governance, access controls, and system security for financial applications.
Partner with Accounting on month-end/quarter-end close and automation.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial systems professionals.
