Job summary

Fullsteam seeks a Senior Manager, Financial Systems to own the architecture, integrity, and optimization of core financial systems, starting with Zuora, Zuora CPQ, Salesforce and NetSuite. You will lead a small team and partner with Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal and Internal Audit to enable scalable, GAAP‑compliant processes.

Responsibilities include administration and roadmap for Zuora, integrations across CRM, billing and ERP, data governance, and controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial systems, revenue operations, ERP administration, or related finance tech role.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on administration experience with Zuora and Zuora CPQ, including billing and revenue or subscription management.

Responsibilities

• Own administration, support, and roadmap execution for Fullsteam’s financial systems, focused on Zuora/Zuora CPQ, including configuration, upgrades, issue resolution, and process improvements.
• Manage Zuora, Salesforce, and NetSuite integrations across the quote-to-cash process to support data flow between CRM, billing, and ERP systems.
• Support design, setup, troubleshooting, and documentation of API connectors between business units and Zuora.
• Manage relationships with payment gateway and processor providers integrated with Zuora and NetSuite, including issue resolution for payments and transactions.
• Manage Zuora technical support cases, billing document templates, and custom workflow/object logic.
• Manage relationship with NetSuite Advanced Customer Support, including case escalations and contract renewals.
• Partner with Accounting on month-end/quarter-end close processes supported by system automation.
• Serve as the technical lead for financial systems evaluations, implementations, enhancements, testing, and UAT for new systems.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial systems professionals.
• Serve as liaison between Finance, Sales Ops, IT, AI Ops, Revenue Ops, and external partners.
• Establish and maintain data governance, system access, and control standards for financial systems.
• Troubleshoot billing, subscription, and related financial system issues.
• Support broader finance tech stack (OneSource, Ledge, Brex, Tipalti, FloQast, Checkout.com, Paystand).
• Evaluate and recommend AI opportunities and system enhancements for scalability and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships with software providers and implementation partners.

Corporate Accounting is Fullsteam’s centralized accounting function, responsible for accurate accounting of daily transactions and financial results. The Financial Systems team supports the accounting and finance systems and integrations needed to produce U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements and meet lender reporting requirements, and works with IT, Information Security, Procurement, and Legal to ensure that system changes, integrations, access, vendors, and technology risks follow established enterprise standards and governance processes.

The Senior Manager, Financial Systems will own the architecture, integrity, and optimization of Fullsteam’s core financial systems, with an initial focus on Zuora, Zuora CPQ, Salesforce, NetSuite, Tipalti, OneSource, Ledge, Brex, FloQast, Checkout.com, and Paystand. This role will partner across Finance, IT, Technology Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Information Security, Procurement, Legal, and Internal Audit to ensure financial systems support accurate, scalable operations and comply with enterprise governance standards, and will lead a small team of financial systems analysts and administrators.

Primary Responsibilities

• Own administration, support, and roadmap execution for Fullsteam’s financial systems, with an initial focus on Zuora and Zuora CPQ, including configuration, upgrades, issue resolution, and process improvements.
• Manage Zuora, Salesforce, and NetSuite integrations across the quote-to-cash process to support accurate data flow between CRM, billing, and ERP systems.
• Support the design, setup, troubleshooting, and documentation of API connectors between business unit systems and Zuora.
• Manage relationships with payment gateway and processor providers integrated with Zuora and NetSuite, including issue resolution for customer payments and transactions.
• Manage Zuora technical support cases, billing document templates, and custom workflow or object logic.
• Manage the relationship with NetSuite Advanced Customer Support, including case escalations and contract renewals.
• Partner with Accounting on month-end and quarter-end close processes supported by system automation, including billing runs and general ledger postings.
• Serve as the technical lead for financial systems evaluations, implementations, enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities related to new systems and process changes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial systems professionals by setting priorities, reviewing work, and supporting career growth.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Sales Operations, IT, Technology Operations (AI), Revenue Operations, and external implementation partners.
• Establish and maintain data governance, system access, and control standards for financial systems.
• Troubleshoot billing, subscription, and related financial system issues.
• Manage and support the broader finance technology stack, including OneSource, Ledge, Brex, Tipalti, FloQast, Checkout.com, Paystand, and other financial systems adopted as the business evolves.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, automation and AI opportunities, and system enhancements that improve scalability, control, and operational efficiency.
• Manage technical vendor relationships with software providers and implementation partners, including service performance, escalations, licensing, and renewals, in coordination with Procurement, Legal, IT, and Information Security.
• Maintain Finance-specific application controls, approval workflows, role-based access, and segregation-of-duties requirements in partnership with Accounting, Internal Audit, IT, and Information Security.
• Coordinate periodic access reviews, privileged access reviews, timely access changes, control testing, audit evidence, and remediation activities.
• Protect sensitive financial data by following established security, privacy, records management, and data governance standards.
• Partner with IT and Information Security on architecture, integrations, identity and access management, cybersecurity, shared services, data platforms, production operations, and technology risk.
• Participate in established enterprise intake, architecture review, security review, vendor review, change management, and release management processes.
• Coordinate impact assessments, testing, release plans, and support readiness with affected application owners before implementing changes that cross systems or business functions.

Primary Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial systems, revenue operations, ERP administration, or a related finance technology role.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on administration experience with Zuora and Zuora CPQ, including billing, platform configuration, and related revenue or subscription management processes.
• Hands-on administration experience with NetSuite; SuiteScript or SuiteFlow experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and its integration points with billing and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and general ledger workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certification preferred.
• SaaS or multi-company back-office operating experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and process automation, including experience identifying, designing, or implementing AI-enabled solutions.
• Working knowledge of internal controls and IT general control frameworks.
• Experience with financial reporting, data platforms, reconciliation processes, and building integrations between financial systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a pragmatic, business-focused approach to service delivery, project execution, and decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams by setting clear priorities, delegating effectively, communicating actively, and coaching team members.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Accounting, Finance, IT, Information Security, Internal Audit, Procurement, Legal, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Salary range: $155,000 - $190,000
