Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, seeks a senior finance leader to guide proposal and pricing activities across the Resilient Connectivity Products portfolio. You will mentor a team of eight, develop pricing strategies, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to win complex opportunities and deliver compliant proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in proposal development, finance, or accounting.
• Experience with government regulations related to cost proposals (FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA).
• Experience supporting DCAA/DCMA audits.
• Strong Excel, data modeling, and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of professionals overseeing proposal and estimating activities.
• Develop pricing strategies and complex cost models to support competitive proposals.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, schedules, and customer requirements.
• Conduct independent reviews of proposal packages and Basis of Estimate documentation.
• Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations and Estimating System policies.
• Support capture and proposal development, including early gate reviews and transitions to the cost volume team.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and align requirements throughout the lifecycle.
