TruSummit Solutions, LLC, a Pittsburgh‑based Salesforce implementation partner, seeks an Engagement Lead/Project Manager to drive Salesforce projects for clients. You will partner with delivery managers to align with client objectives and best practices, while leading cross‑functional teams to deliver value.

You will define methodologies, manage risks, report KPIs, and mentor other PMs to ensure exceptional client outcomes. The role supports remote work with travel up to 30%.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management).
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementation projects or managing a team of project managers.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience in Professional Services Project Management.
• Strong leadership abilities to drive project success and manage teams through change.
• Experience with Salesforce implementations or related CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary lead on client projects and facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure successful execution.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with delivery leads and senior management to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Align to TruSummit’s Delivery Process framework with the PM team.
• Provide guidance to project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving escalations to minimize disruptions.
• Define and track KPIs and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
• Mentor project managers and support their professional growth.
