Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, including prior management experience.
• Experience with enterprise software development and leading teams.
• Knowledge of Agile software development and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Senior Application Development Engineers on large-scale development projects.
• Lead scope, schedule, and budget management with clear progress reporting.
• Mentor staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure security and change management policies are followed.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to Developers across applications development.
