Raytheon Digital Technology is seeking an experienced technical software management leader to oversee our Electrical Engineering (EE) Software & Tooling Discipline. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between digital technology, software asset management, and our electrical engineering programs. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, licensing optimization, and hardware infrastructure support for industry-standard electrical engineering tools, while leading a high-performing technical team. This will be a remote role, with travel required up to 20% to Raytheon Hub locations in the Domestic US, including McKinney TX and Tucson, AZ, and other Raytheon locations.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
