Job summary

New Classrooms is a fully remote nonprofit reimagining math education through Teach to One Roadmaps. We partner with schools and districts to support implementation using data, technology, and personalized coaching to advance equitable student outcomes.

The Senior Manager of Implementation Success will lead NYC partnerships, oversee 10–20 school accounts, and travel across NYC while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize implementations and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in K-12 education, edtech, or related field.
• Experience working in schools, as teacher or coach preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently within NYC and nationally.
• Proficient in analyzing and communicating data to educators.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to NYC schools and districts, helping them understand data and strengthen implementation strategies.
• Lead onboarding and rollout for new partners and support ongoing rollout for existing ones.
• Manage 10–20 single-school accounts and coordinate with Senior Directors on larger accounts.
• Collaborate with Insights, Analytics, Education Solutions, and Product teams to ensure data accuracy and meaningful reporting.
• Lead special projects on new reporting tools, data storytelling, or process improvements.
