Job summary

Great Minds is seeking a remote- based Success Lead to support adoption and effective implementation of curriculum products across districts. You will foster long-term relationships with district leaders, develop implementation plans, and monitor progress to drive student growth.

This role requires strong experience in education leadership, certification in curriculum implementation, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support sites. Houston, Dallas, or Texas-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• At least 7 years of education experience with 3+ years in leadership or coaching.
• Experience implementing curricula and working with districts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic district partnerships and serve as the implementation relationship owner for Great Minds customers in a territory.
• Partner with district and school leaders to plan and execute effective Great Minds implementations.
• Support district partners to achieve KPIs and scale services.
• Provide on-site targeted support including school visits and regular meetings to monitor progress.
• Facilitate leadership professional learning networks, PD, and coaching sessions.
• Document and communicate insights about implementation to leadership.
