Collectors Holdings, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, PSA eBay Consignment to oversee the end-to-end operations of one of the world’s largest eBay stores.

The role demands ownership of customer experience, performance metrics, branding, and financials for the PSA eBay marketplace. You will lead store activations, collaborate with account management and marketing, and deliver regular performance reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketplace / e-commerce business operations, strategy, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of all day-to-day operations of the PSA eBay store, accountable for customer experience, store performance, financials, branding, and any other key outcomes.
• Project manage store marketing activations and bespoke auction events in collaboration with account management and marketing teams.
• Work with cross functional operations teams to ensure store customers receive a high quality experience.
• Deliver regular reporting on store performance and operational excellence to Marketplace leadership.
• Manage one direct report who assists in executing daily tasks to run the store.
