Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for PSA eBay Consignment to lead day-to-day store operations. You will drive customer experience, store performance, and revenue, coordinating with marketing and account teams; remote or hybrid options are available.

You will report to the Director, Marketplace and collaborate with teams to ensure a high-quality store experience for customers worldwide. This role offers growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketplace/e-commerce operations or similar roles.
• Experience operating an eBay store at scale preferred.
• Strong reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Owner mentality for varied projects.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of day-to-day PSA eBay store operations, accountable for customer experience, store performance, financials, branding, and other outcomes.
• Project manage store marketing activations and bespoke auction events with account mgmt and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional ops teams to ensure high-quality store experiences for customers.
• Deliver regular performance and operations reports to Marketplace leadership.
• Manage one direct report assisting in daily store tasks.
