Collectors Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Insights & Analytics to own the data and insights function across PSA Marketplace, including PSA Exchange, Vault, and eBay Consignment businesses.

You’ll transform transactional, marketing, operational, product, and behavioral data into decisions the Marketplace leadership team acts on. This hands-on role combines strategy with execution; you’ll lead a lean team and work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of data analytics experience in marketplaces, FinTech, or eCommerce.
• Strong SQL and data storytelling skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Mode) and data pipelines (dbt).

Responsabilités

• Define and own the Marketplace analytics stack to monitor key metrics (GMV, AUM, take rate, LTV, funnels).
• Collaborate with GMs and BD to test ideas with data and size opportunities.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations and Marketing to maintain a shared data view.
• Analyze feature usage, funnel efficiency, and user cohorts to inform leadership.
• Deliver recurring insights to GMs and support Board/Exec reporting.
• Coordinate with Fraud to monitor signals and risk indicators.
