Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Senior Manager, PSA eBay Consignment to oversee the end-to-end operations of one of the world’s largest eBay stores. You will own customer experience, store performance, branding, and financials while driving growth with cross-functional teams.

The role reports to the Director, Marketplace and offers optional remote or hybrid work from Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ. Onsite presence may be required based on commuting distance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketplace / e-commerce operations, strategy, or similar roles.
• Preference for experience operating an eBay store at scale.
• Strong communication to distill complex issues for senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of the PSA eBay store, including customer experience, store performance, financials, branding, and outcomes.
• Project manage store marketing activations and bespoke auction events with account management and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional operations teams to ensure high-quality store experience for customers.
• Deliver regular performance and operations reports to Marketplace leadership.
• Manage one direct report handling daily tasks for store execution.
