Job summary

Collectors is seeking a strategic operator to oversee day-to-day PSA Exchange operations and drive performance-driven initiatives across the business. You will translate data insights into improvements and lead enterprise-scale transformation programs with a disciplined, organized approach.

The role targets a generalist who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage urgency, and deliver sustained impact in a fast-growing collectibles tech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketplace/e-commerce strategy or business operations, or 3-5 years in investment banking or consulting.
• Generalist approach with strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage key operational functions for the day-to-day running of the PSA Exchange business.
• Drive strategic initiatives by drawing insights from performance data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Lead business transformation projects from start to finish in a highly organized manner.
