RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Operations to lead a remote team responsible for critical cyber defense infrastructure services. You will drive incident response, operational stability, and ongoing modernization across Remote Access, Web Gateways, Zero Trust, and ServiceNow workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in infrastructure operations or cybersecurity, strong leadership of distributed teams, and experience with F5 and enterprise ticketing platforms.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience with Remote Access, Zero Trust, Web Gateways/Proxies, F5 Load Balancers/WAF, and enterprise ticketing platforms.
• Proven experience leading distributed teams and incident response.

• Directly manage and develop a distributed team of IT professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day operational stability across infrastructure services and SLAs.
• Lead incident response for major outages and service degradations.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve knowledge base content and processes.
