Job summary

Galileo Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Licensing & Credentialing to lead strategy, capabilities, and execution of credentialing and multi-state licensing. You will supervise day-to-day activities, ensure compliance with federal and state standards, and align with clinical teams to support scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of credentialing experience.
• 2-4 years supervisory experience managing and developing teams.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-performing, entrepreneurial setting.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong process orientation.
• Experience with healthcare provider platforms (e.g. CAQH, PECOS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end credentialing and multi-state licensing processes and systems, including policies and procedures.
• Oversees onboarding/offboarding of providers and licensing applications and ongoing credentialing.
• Operates delegated credentialing program and oversees health plan credentialing audits.
• Manages entity-level enrollment in Medicare and Medicaid; partners with BD on payer credentialing discussions.
• Ensures all providers comply with state and federal regulations.
• Establishes NP/MD supervision ratios, collaborative practice requirements, and prescriptive authority rules.
• Builds efficient internal workflows to maximize speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Maintains dashboards and an efficient system of records and reports.
• Collaborates with Clinical Operations, Providers, People Operations and Talent Acquisition to align priorities.
• Manages team development and fosters an inclusive, high-morale environment.
