Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to supervise and execute Phase 1–3 trials. You will coordinate daily activities, manage internal teams, CROs, and sites, and ensure delivery of milestones in line with SOPs and ICH/GCP.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines, and study documentation, while driving continuous process improvements. This role requires international study experience and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical trial experience with 2+ years in managing studies.
• Experience with global regulatory requirements (US CFR, EU CTD, ICH E6(R2)).
• Phase 1-3 study experience; international studies preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trial activities and manage internal teams, CROs, sites and vendors.
• Triage and resolve or escalate study issues to Clinical Operations Management.
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and milestones are met for assigned trials.
• Coordinate with Biometrics, PV, and other functions to ensure SOP and ICH/GCP compliance.
• Develop study documents and site-facing materials; manage site start-up.
• Monitor budgets, CRO/vendor changes, and procurement forecasting.
• Lead cross-functional activities to meet SMT goals and communicate risks.
• Travel 10–20% domestically and internationally.
