Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business analysis function for cross-functional initiatives and set standards.
• Partner with executives to identify needs, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, map processes, and document requirements and rules.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies to measurable outcomes.
• Translate business needs into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions with tech teams.
• Oversee acceptance criteria, UAT, testing strategies, and change management.
