Sound Physicians is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Business Analysis for a contract-to-hire role. This remote-first position supports the Portfolio Management team across clinical, operational, and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years in business analysis, process improvement, or related disciplines.
Healthcare or matrixed org experience preferred.
Strong understanding of enterprise applications, data flows, and SDLC.

Responsibilities

Lead BA function for Portfolio Management, establishing standards and best practices.
Partner with leaders to identify needs, gaps, and challenges through discovery.
Run cross-functional discovery workshops and requirements discussions to build alignment.
Drive process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Define current and future state processes and translate into actionable solutions.
Collaborate with architects, developers, product managers, and data teams to ensure feasible solutions.
Facilitate workshops, document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead requirements elicitation, prioritization, validation, and traceability.
Support UAT and measure benefits realization post-implementation.
