Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a large, complex US healthcare organization.
• 5+ years of data analysis experience within healthcare clinical and/or administrative data domains.
• 5+ years of source-to-target mapping experience within healthcare clinical and/or administrative data domains.
• 5+ years of SDLC experience.
• 3+ years' experience communicating with senior level business leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business requirements and prepare detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders regarding enhancements, changes, and issues.
• Present data analysis findings to the project team and business stakeholders.
• Perform complex system and data analysis to develop design solutions.
