Qualifications

• Leads scope, schedule, and budget management with clear progress reporting.
• Defines risk mitigation and ensures compliance with policies.
• Collaborates with Security, SRE, data modelers, and SMEs across the enterprise.
• Manages hiring, training, and performance reviews for developers.
