The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of software development and 5+ years of leadership, with deep Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and AWS
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of technical leadership or engineering management experience.
- Strong hands-on architecture and solution design experience.
- Strong Java/Spring Boot and REST API experience.
- Extensive experience with cloud solutions on AWS and microservices.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise applications and modernization initiatives.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across Java, APIs, microservices, AWS, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop high-level and low-level solution designs and ensure successful technical implementation.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers (approx. 5-7 resources).
- Drive projects from design through production delivery and partner with stakeholders.
- Promote Agile, DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD, and quality engineering practices.
