Job summary

Courser seeks an AI Business Analyst to align AI capabilities with client needs and drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across projects. You will identify high-value AI use cases, lead envisioning sessions, and bridge business stakeholders with technical teams to deliver measurable value.

You will design AI-enabled solutions using Power Platform tools, contribute to governance, and monitor ROI and adoption metrics to guide the AI roadmap.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and AI fundamentals.
Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or technology consulting.
Excellent communication and change-management skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, Power Platform) and prompt engineering for AI tools.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiencies and align AI capabilities with client needs.
Lead envisioning sessions and champion adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Translate AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for business leaders; create demos and presentations.
