Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a results-driven Managed Services professional to drive retention, adoption, and growth across a global customer portfolio. You will build trusted relationships with brands and agencies, understand objectives, and map them to Sprinklr use cases and features.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to surface improvements, train customers, and ensure high value delivery. Multilingual communication and strong analytical skills are highly valued in this global role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in account management at a brand, agency or tech company.
• Experience in web technologies, CRM or SaaS platforms and digital marketing experience across social platforms.
• Strong product acumen and evangelization experience with the aptitude to learn new products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; multilingual skills would be a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a highly challenging environment.
• Ability to articulate client issues and devise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value by communicating ROI of Sprinklr solutions to ensure retention and growth.
• Drive adoption of new products and features across units and markets within a single customer.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers, champions, and stakeholders.
• Serve as day-to-day strategic advisor to customers and communicate business outcomes.
