Job summary

Innovapptive seeks a Senior Solution Consultant – Maintenance & Reliability to translate field challenges into business impact. You will partner with Sales and customer stakeholders to quantify uptime, labor productivity, and asset availability, guiding ROI discussions and value narratives.

The role requires deep domain expertise, experience with plant maintenance, and the ability to design scalable solutions for industrial environments. Remote US-based position with travel.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in maintenance engineering, reliability engineering or industrial operations.
• Deep understanding of plant maintenance execution and reliability programs.
• Experience in chemicals, oil & gas, mining, or power generation.
• Knowledge of maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, backlog, schedule compliance, wrench time, OEE).
• Experience with EAM/CMMS platforms (SAP PM, Maximo).
• Ability to communicate with senior operational and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-based engagements with sales and customers to quantify business impact.
• Serve as SME on maintenance and reliability topics across multiple industries.
• Design outcome-oriented maintenance solutions aligned with operational goals.
• Lead demonstrations and workshops for technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams and provide field insights for product teams.
