Job summary

Motion seeks an Onsite Solutions Specialist / Solution Architect / Reliability Specialist / Maintenance Specialist / Sustainability Specialist to drive energy, maintenance, reliability, and sustainability projects.

You will develop tailored proposals, build relationships with customers, and manage site visits, quotes, and revenue targets while coordinating with equipment manufacturers and software providers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Entry to senior-level experience acceptable.
Industry certifications related to reliability, sustainability, and storeroom solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships to grow the onsite solutions business.
Create tailored proposals meeting customer expectations.
Meet site visit, quote, and revenue quotas.
Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and software providers to deliver custom solutions.
Travel 30-40% within designated geography.
