You will focus on hands-on services, design inputs, and deployment of Rocket products while mentoring teams and presenting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant technical experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in complex IT project implementations and maintenance.
• Analytical mindset to analyze test results and resolve defects.
• Organized and methodical with multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to customers (75%).
• Lead complex project scopes with minimal direction.
• Contribute to design and deployment of Rocket products.
• Implement new solutions under Delivery Architects' guidance.
• Create proofs of concept / value analyses and pilots.
• Conduct technical presentations/trainings to peers.
• Engage in Rocket AMC forums and user groups.
• Apply subject matter knowledge to solve varied technical issues.
• Collaborate within a team and maintain customer relationships.
• Estimate technical requirements and communicate changes.
